Individual Assessments
Team Lab is a collaboration between Breakout KC and Evoke EQ. We use the Enneagram, a globally-recognized personality assessment that helps people better understand themselves and communicate effectively with peers.
Each team member receives an individualized, in-depth report used throughout the program.
Video Workshops
Professionally produced video content explores each personality type's strengths, blind spots, and communication style. Your team watches, discusses, and connects the dots before they ever step into a room.
Escape Rooms
Put everything into practice under pressure. Your team takes on one of Kansas City's top-rated escape rooms together, applying what they have learned about each other in real time. The debrief after is where the magic happens.
